The Session Space provides therapy for youth and young adults across Ontario through virtual sessions. If you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions in your twenties, therapy can offer a supportive place to reflect, gain perspective, and build skills that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Megan MacLean, M.S.W. also works alongside community organizations to improve access to care. Services are available for individuals covered through private and public health insurance benefit programs. Public funding for services include the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program for First Nations and Inuit, The Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) for youth refugees and the Victim Quick Response Program. She also partners with non-profit agencies supporting transitional-aged youth, helping ensure that young people navigating complex life circumstances can access trauma-informed therapy and mental health support.

The Session Space is rooted in anti-racist, anti-colonial, trauma-informed, intersectional feminist practices. Megan’s professional practice has been developed through years of working abroad, in inner-city high schools and with folks from marginalised communities (2SLGBTQ+, individuals living with disabilities, racialised and street involved youth 16-29).
